November 2002 was not a good month for me. Three of my family members were admitted to hospital for dengue. The first casualty was my daughter she was admitted to Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC) on 5th November. The following day, my wife was admitted. Then, as fate would have it, came my son's turn on 16th November.
Fortunately, I am a member of this MCO's Millennium Family Programme. On all three occasions, my family members were admitted to hospital without any problems. Their medical needs were taken care of, with this MCO issuing letters of guarantee totaling RM7,099.60. I am particularly touched that staff from this MCO's management team visited my family while they were hospitalised. It shows that THEY CARE. It was a great relief to me that this MCO took care of us during our ordeal. They have made life easier for me, especially so when I am working in Johor Bahru while my family members live in Subang Jaya.
