Ng Guat Seong I am from Alor Setar. I run a supermarket business in Kepala Batas, Penang, and I would like to take this opportunity to share with you my personal experience with this MCO. My late husband, Cheah Pak Lim, and I have been this MCO's members since year 2000. On 21st November 2001, my husband was diagnosed with leukaemia. He sought treatment at various hospitals including Penang Adventist Hospital and at Gleneagles Medical Centre, incurring medical expenses totaling RM143,000. My husband has since passed on. Nevertheless, I would like to thank this MCO for taking care of our financial needs when we needed them most. And also my special thanks to its staff for their professional and exemplary way in carrying out their duties. Our ordeal was made less painful because of them. Of all the things in my life, joining this MCO as a member has been one of the best decisions I have made so far.
